we just finished disposing of their attempt to make good on their original "fuck over the customer" fiasco. two boxsprings, falling apart, one completely collapsed. these were delivered to us under the guise of being "pretty new" and "in excellent condition--top of the line". reality is they were made in 1999 (according to the tag which they stupidly left attached) and from the start, they did not line up. we are now back to where we began: sleeping on an old mattress on the floor (the original mattress we purchased from them failed to support my spouses weight--he's 6'3" and weighs 215. excellent weight for his height but still failed to support his weight--despite the sales person insisting it would. that mattress ended up being disposed of as well--they refused to take it back or exchange it for another and in time told us not to call them again). sleeping on the floor is just lovely when you have back issues. and when you're not in your 20's.
these fuckers have made our sleep lives an utter hassle off and on since 2003. and now it's my turn to put that karma back on them. DO NOT SHOP AT CORVALLIS SLEEP CENTER. these people are liars. they don't know the first thing about customer service. they need a good dose of compassion and reality shoved up their asses. i would do a dance of joy if they went out of business.
